To maintain a clean and safe environment, we use kennel-grade disinfectant on all of our scooping equipment and shoes between each yard to prevent the spread of germs. We also make sure your gate is securely closed after every cleanup, and we send a photo for your peace of mind.

Scoot n Scoop offers services on a no-contract basis! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by calling our office.

After each cleanup, our scoopers will double-bag the animal waste and place it in the customers trash can.

Yes, we love scooping with dogs in the yard! We just ask that if your dog typically shows any signs of aggression that you leave them inside during your scheduled cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is very important to us, so if your animal makes our scoopers uncomfortable, they may politely ask you to take them inside.

One-time cleanups can be scheduled on any day that works for you. For our subscribing customers, cleanups occur on specific days based on your location. However, we can offer alternative cleanup day options upon request.

No, we do not provide arrival windows for our pooper scooper services. While we do our best to accommodate our customers schedules, our routes must be optimized for drive time to mitigate costs.
